Arizona Breastnet Launches Weekly Radio Show for Discussion on Breast Health

Scottsdale, Ariz. - November 12, 2008 - Arizona Breastnet, a breast imaging center in Scottsdale, announces that they will be hosting a new radio show every weekend on 1480 KPHX from noon to 1:00pm.

According to Dr. Belinda Barclay-White, Founder and Medical Director of Arizona Breastnet, "I am very excited to be hosting my own Talk Radio Show on KPHX 1480 on the AM dial every Saturday, which focuses on breast health and breast care for women. I call the show Knowledge is Power because I know that when women are armed with knowledge about their breast care and overall breast health, they have the power to be their own advocate should they be faced with a breast cancer diagnosis."

Each week, Dr. BW, (as she is known by her staff and patients) has open discussions with women about their breast health and discusses topics such as the latest discoveries in the breast cancer arena, why women get breast cancer and how to live through it, and the proper way to screen for breast cancer. She also discusses the latest information about menopause, how to age gracefully and the concerns that women have about their overall health. Throughout the show, she encourages listeners to call in with specific questions about the topics discussed that day or any questions they have on their mind about their health.
