Try 1% milk instead of whole milk %u2013 skim is even better
Substitute frozen yogurt for ice cream %u2013 for less fat
Light popcorn makes a great snack as long as you leave off the butter
Simple changes such as increasing the amount of vegetables, fruits and fiber will give you a boost and get you on the road to better nutrition.
