According to the American Cancer Society, you can "eat your way to better health" by making a few simples changes:
Try 1% milk instead of whole milk - skim is even better
Substitute frozen yogurt for ice cream - for less fat
Light popcorn makes a great snack as long as you leave off the butter
Other simple changes such as increasing the amount of vegetables, fruits and fiber will give you a boost and get you on the road
to better nutrition.
